Section 1

Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as an ae7 player.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ae7.bio, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not use the ae7 platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ae7. They apply to all current and future use of the platform unless superseded by a newer version published at ae7.bio. ae7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the platform. Continued use of ae7 following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Age and capacity: By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal use only: You confirm that your ae7 account is for your personal entertainment use only, and that you are not acting on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• Voluntary participation: You acknowledge that gambling is a discretionary activity and that participation on ae7 is entirely voluntary. You accept full responsibility for all wagers and gaming decisions made through your account.
• Awareness of risk: You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent financial risk and that the outcome of any game or bet on ae7 is not guaranteed. ae7 does not guarantee winnings or profits to any player.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using ae7 is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction, and that you take sole responsibility for ensuring your use of the platform is lawful in your location.

Section 3

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of ae7 services — including deposits, betting, and withdrawals — you must register a verified account. Registration is free and available to eligible players across Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ae7 enforces a strict 18+ policy and applies age verification at both registration and withdrawal. Accounts belonging to players found to be underage will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one ae7 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. ae7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ae7 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure or have shared your login details with a third party.

3.2 KYC Verification

ae7 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process requires you to submit a clear photograph or scan of at least one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Bangladeshi passport — photo page
• Birth registration certificate (for age verification only, where NID or passport is unavailable)

KYC documents are typically reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission. Players may deposit and play prior to KYC completion, but withdrawals will be held until verification is approved. ae7 may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient for verification purposes.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

ae7 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion fees. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for all supported payment methods.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ae7 wallet instantly or within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on your bank's processing speed.
• No ae7 fees: ae7 does not charge fees on deposits. Standard transaction fees charged by your mobile banking provider or bank may apply and are outside ae7's control.
• Currency: All deposits are received and credited in BDT. ae7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Source of funds: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed in 10–30 minutes. Rocket and Upay withdrawals take 15–45 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard hours.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the player has completed KYC verification. Submitting a withdrawal request automatically initiates KYC review if it has not been completed previously.
• Withdrawal destination: Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your ae7 account. ae7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Pending wagering requirements: Withdrawal of funds subject to an active wagering requirement is not permitted until the relevant wagering conditions have been met in full.
• Right to verify: ae7 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request to complete additional security or identity checks. Players will be notified if a hold is applied and given a timeline for resolution.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ae7 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions throughout the year — including special campaigns around BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other significant dates in the Bangladeshi calendar. The following rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

1. Opt-in requirement: Most bonuses require a player to actively opt in either during deposit or from the promotions section of the account dashboard. Bonuses are not automatically applied unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
2. Wagering requirements: Unless specifically stated as a "no wagering" promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements are calculated against bonus funds, not total balance.
3. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10%–20%. Crash games may have a separate contribution rate. The exact contribution rates for each promotion are published on the promotion detail page.
4. Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after a defined period from the date of credit (typically 7–14 days). Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates.
5. Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap are removed from the balance at the point of withdrawal.
6. One bonus per player: Players are permitted to hold one active bonus at a time. ae7 does not permit stacking of bonus offers unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.
7. Abuse: ae7 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets (arbitrage), exploiting perceived gaps in bonus terms, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

Section 6

Game Rules & Betting

ae7 offers live casino games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), slot machines, crash games, and table games. The following rules apply across all gaming categories available on the platform.

6.1 General Game Rules

• RNG certification: All slot and virtual casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by ae7 or by previous game results.
• RTP transparency: Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are accurate as certified by the respective game providers. Players may request RTP documentation for any specific title from ae7 customer support.
• Live dealer games: Live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to those providers' independent operating rules and third-party audit standards. ae7 does not interfere with live game outcomes.
• Completed rounds: A bet is binding once a round or event has commenced. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed after the round has started. ae7 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.
• Technical failure: In the event of a technical failure during a game round (server disconnection, game crash, network interruption), ae7 will use game logs to determine the final outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before each round commences. ae7 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Market coverage: ae7 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI, Test matches involving Bangladesh), football, kabaddi, and other selected sports.
• Odds accuracy: Odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. ae7 is not liable for odds changes that occur after a bet has been confirmed.
• Void bets: ae7 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in the odds, or where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required minimum play time has been completed. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance.
• Result determination: For cricket betting, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) at the conclusion of the match is used to settle all bets. Super overs and DLS-method results are treated as official outcomes where applicable.
• Match interruption: If a cricket match is suspended due to weather, crowd disturbance, or other causes and is subsequently resumed within 48 hours, bets remain active. If the match is abandoned beyond 48 hours, ae7's specific event terms will determine settlement.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

ae7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal harm, ae7 provides a range of tools to help players regain control.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Loss limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. ae7 will restrict further play once the loss limit is reached for the relevant period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Cool-off periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via the account dashboard. During a cool-off period, no deposits, bets, or game access are permitted. The account is restored automatically at the end of the period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting ae7 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-excluded accounts are closed for a minimum of 6 months and cannot be reopened at the player's own request during this period.
• 18+ enforcement: ae7 applies age verification at registration and during KYC. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended. All deposits will be returned and any winnings forfeited.
• Third-party resources: If you feel your gambling is out of control, ae7 encourages you to seek help. Contact our 24/7 support team immediately and request access to responsible gaming tools. ae7 support staff are trained to assist players in activating self-exclusion and cooling-off periods without judgment.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

ae7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by ae7

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Operating or being found to operate more than one ae7 account.
• Using the platform in a manner intended to circumvent game mathematics, odds pricing, or bonus terms.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using ae7 for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ae7 staff or other players.
• Being under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any time during account use.
• Receiving a court order, regulatory instruction, or legal process requiring the suspension of a player account.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, ae7 reserves the right to confiscate any balance held in the account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. ae7 will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player where it is legally and operationally appropriate to do so.

8.2 Closure at Player Request

Players may close their ae7 account at any time by contacting ae7 customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Funds balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ae7 will notify the registered mobile number of record before any inactivity policy is applied. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact ae7 support. ae7 does not currently charge an inactivity fee, but reserves the right to introduce such a fee with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice to affected players.
